Aria giving incorrect weight readings

I decided to replace my scales with a fitbit scale. I know my old scales weigh correctly as I've weighed a 2kg bag of sugar on them. 

 

This morning, the aria scales which I've used for the first time, weighted me 4lb heavier in just my undies than my old scales. They then weighed me less dressed in a bathrobe!

 

I decided to weigh the 2kg bag of sugar again to see how accurate they are, and they flashed through various numbers and then go back to 0 within seconds.

 

Is there a way to calibrate these scales?
