A little rain came through the window and the Aria face had condensation. Not enough rain to make it wet but obviously impacted on screen. Now can't get it to work. Had '136' on screen two days later and now nothing. Any suggestions? Don't think its an Aria 2 but still in good order.

@LP3 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria scale got a little wet. Please let me go ahead and send your case to our Support team so they can review it and provide a solution. You should receive an email from them soon.
In the meantime, try to dry your scale with a cloth. Take out the batteries and dry the contacts of your scale. Finally, after 24 hours, try a new set of batteries and see if your scale comes back to life.
Let me know if you have any doubts!

@Lisamac89 Thank you for joining our Fitbit forums! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria got also wet and won't turn on even after putting a new set of batteries.
I would like to know if you have tried cleaning the contacts of your scale, where the batteries are placed. If you haven't done so, please clean the contacts with a cotton swab and a little bit of alcohol. After this, put the batteries again and see if it comes back to life.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
