Aria hasn’t synced since 2018 :(

So I’ve been entering all the results manually, but then I thought to try and set up the WiFi by deleting the device, then reinstalling it. When I go into Aria (the 1st one) it doesn’t show me an option to delete it.... my Versa does, but not Aria. Uhhh help?

You don't delete it like a tracker, you go into the dashboard and delete all users. Go to your dashboard on the website, click on the gear in the upper right, then on the scale and make sure you are on the "people" page. There should be a trash can to the right of each user. I would then remove the batteries for 20 minutes and then try setting it up all over again.
