Aria hasn’t synced since May 2020

My aria shows connected to WiFi and when I step on the scale it shows weight and BMI and then continues to “send” the information. However when I go to my app, it hasn’t logged my weight since May. And it shows the last sync in May.

Mine is also connected to WiFi and records the weight but stopped sending to Fitbit app at the end  of 2018. I called tech support and they were lovely, and we tried many things  - but they could not fix. It has not synced since then.
