Aria inaccurate body fat readings

I have had the Aria for a few years now, never had an issue. The last few months the percentage has changed drastically. One day it will be 35%, the next day 10%. Suddenly the last week, it has stopped reading body fat altogether. I have taken out the batteries, restarted it, it is on a flat level surface, all the typical troubleshooting has been done. Like I said, this is something new, I haven’t done anything different and the body fat percentage started acting wacky. Not sure what else to do?

I didn't have the percentage swings that you did, but last week, my scale also quit reading body fat.  I just get the BF? on the screen during the weigh-in.  I've also done all the troubleshooting steps, to no avail.

I contacted customer support.  They took me through a couple more troubleshooting options that didn't work, now they are seeing if my scale is eligible for warranty replacement...  You might want to do the same.
