After being frustrated trying to connect my Aria, I decided to google how to fix.  I saw a lot of advice on how to fix it.  Then I got to this section.  Seeing all the problems that everyone is having.  Tells me, they don't care and/or don't know how to fix it. 

I've been using PC for over 20 years, I input my profile ONCE...ONCE I say and it's always there.  I didn't have to log in for a week for it to recognize me.  I am now in the gaslighting of this company that can't figure out how to be consumer friendly.
