My Fitbit scales Are not giving me the correct reading of my weight I’ve moved its various locations around my house all on flat surfaces and it’s still not giving me my correct weight I’m guessing I’m about half a stone heavier than what it is saying it is.

Can someone please advise me I’ve reset it took the batteries out and done everything I can and every time I put it on back on it still give me an incorrect reading... please help !!

My Aria  was in storage for a while, so I was careful when I set it up again.  Once I found a flat place on tile near my wifi router it began to work ... sort of.  I was a guest with no body fat measures but at least it was not all over the place on the weight and was reporting to the dashboard.  More fiddling.  When I decided to fiddle with the app on my phone, suddenly I was me instead of a guest and had bmi numbers.  I was unhappy at the amount of weight I seemed to have gained during the lockdown, but oh well.  Then today I saw the doctor.  His precise weight and balance scale has me at 8 lbs LESS than Aria.  Should make me happy but it doesn't.  Aria cannot be trusted.  I chatted with a person from FitBit but all he could offer was to read the manual and suggest what I had already done and then he disappeared.  An old fashioned scale would have a screw for "reset to zero".  Does Aria have such a thing???
