Aria is not resetting

The aria scale I have is not connected to any WiFi since it’s been changed. Plowed all the directions. It never gets to any reset. I take batteries out and it does nothing at all. Also it has no WiFi that appears on my phone. Nothing resets. It’s just a change of batteries and nothing happens.
