Aria issue when inviting users

I have tried to invite my wife to use the aria scales, but i have tried using the app but has not worked, after following the instruction i found on the forum to use a computer i still not having any luck.

we have both signed out and deleted the app, signed in on a computer where i deleted the invite and resent it from the computer but still no luck.

 

is there an issue or have i missed something

I am assuming that you are sending it to the same email address that she uses for her Fitbit account?
