Even with new batteries, the Aria keeps turning on and off until the batteries die. It will not recognize me, I'm always a guest. But, it recognizes my wife right away.

2 trackers and this junk scale. You will never see another dime from me. Add to that I will cost you tons of sales by dissuading anyone I meet that thinks your products are anything other than the junk they are.

My scale does the same thing and it's brand new. Went thru 2 sets of batteries in a few days. It won't stop turning on.

Mine just started doing this. It just turned four years old but but my $15 dumb scale that is at least a decade old is still chugging away. I just won't replace it, I like it but not at the cost and lack of durability.

After all, we got a solution for Aria.
Just put this vertical against the wall if you can, it will solve this
problem.
It is a shame for Aria I have to say.

Pressure sensor seems to be too sensitive or has worn out. I just fixed mine as batteries were lasting maybe 2 weeks.
The 2 feet closest to you when you step on the scale are what turns it on. Those need to be "adjusted".
Remove 2 Phillips under battery cover.
Pry the entire plastic bottom off of the scale (I used my fingers)
Using your hands only, gently yet firmly pull the feet straight down away from the scale ie opposite direction the feet go when you step on.
Before reassembling, put the batteries back in and squeeze the feet to see how hard it is to turn on. It should take at least 3-4 pounds of pressure to trigger each foot.
I'm not saying this won't break your scale, but it fixed mine. I'm sure this is probably only temporary relief and a couple months from now I'll have the same issue.
