Aria mixing up our weights

My wife and I use the same Aria. Every time I step on it, it doesn't recognize it's me. We must have our weights mixed up. How do we fix this please?

When the wrong initials first appear on the scale, tap hard on the lower right corner until your initials appear.

Thanks for the reply, when I do this, it gives my weight accurately, My BMI% is given as nearly double the actual and there is no option to select my initials.
