Aria no longer displays weight

I have the original Aria, the 4 AA battery scale. It showed weight through last month. Now after stepping on the scale it says "sensing" then "step off" then "thinking" then "ERR". I tried removing the batteries for about a half hour but that didn't do anything. I can't find a reset button anywhere. Anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks for any and all constructive input.

Same issue here. Trying a reset and a reconnect to wifi did not word either. What a mess.

Same same here. Tried all that you folks have tried & still same issue. I cannot get mine connected to the wifi, so it seems that as these are the older version, they may not be compatible as no update is available.

Unless a solution is made known to us all very soon, I will be giving up and buy the Garmin smart scale (I now use a Garmin watch).
