Aria no longer syncing as of 02/10/21 (DD/MM/YY)

My Aria stopped syncing all of a sudden. Nothing has changed in my network.

@fuksi Depending on the error icon/message that your Aria display, I recommend you to try the troubleshooting steps from this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? to sync your scale.

 

@VPRB If you made any change to your WiFi network, you can follow the instructions from here: How do I reconnect my Fitbit scale to my wireless network? to reconnect your Aria to your network.

Have you tried replacing the batteries?

I am having this problem also.  I just changed the battery and don't know how to reconnect to the network
