Aria no longer syncing with app after update

My Aria scale stopped syncing with the app on Sunday (Aug 30) and the latest update was on the 31st (which I downloaded).  I've tried removing the batteries and logging out of the app but the error message on the scale still shows as 'no sync'.  The data is still logging on the desktop app just not on the phone app.  I'm using an android phone. Firmware Version 39, Fitbit app version 3.29.

 

Has this happened to anyone else and is there a solve for this?

Aria 2 has not synced since July 2, 2020

yeah I am getting the same thing, can't sync at all, I have taken the batteries out, turned off an on the again the router, and even disabled my firewall, but nothing.

I have an Aria (original one). Haven’t been able to sync since 8/7/20. I’ve tried removing batteries, reconnected to WiFi and a reset. Wish they would fix it!

Try looking at YouTube videos for resetting. The sequence is not clear from the setup shown on the Fitbit site. Good luck
