About a month ago Aria stopped syncing. Otherwise seems to be normal. Have tried to reconnect to wifi a number of times but get message “no sync”. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the details provided and troubleshooting performed. If you made any change on your WiFi network (new router, new WiFi password, etc) your scale will display the No Sync error message. I recommend you to try the troubleshooting steps from this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit scale working?
