I am at my wits end! Stood on scales this morning and when it was syncing it displayed the ‘no WiFi’ icon.
1: I have not changed my internet provider or anything on my network incl my password and it was working fine before
2: I deleted the app and reinstalled
3: I took out the batteries to get into set up mode
4: in set up mode have done via browser and while I can select and see the app when I enter my WiFi password I get ‘WiFi err’
5: I try set up via the app and it keeps asking me if my device is on! Not detecting it even though it’s scrolling setup active on the display on the scales
im so cross and annoyed by this now!!! Don’t know what else I can do. Don’t ask me about router settings etc cos nothing has changed since yesterday and it worked then but not working now!
