Hi,
I have the aria scale since 2016 approximately. Recently it stopped pairing with my router. Hence, I am not getting the weight results on my app or account anymore.
I followed the steps to reset my wifi connection, but that did not solve the problem. At the end of the process, the scale still shows the wifi symbol barred.
Is there anything else I could try to fix this?

same here and nothing works since two years ago... reading about it there're many in same situation
