I had to change the name of my wifi network and the password, I've been trying to get the wifi changed on the scale, but Im stuck in the loop on my laptop of trying to connect and the scale does not indicate it s doing anything. Any help?

Hi @Wick3d1, have you tried resetting the scale?  Just remove the batteries for about 10 seconds and then reinsert them.  It's possible that there was some sort of bug in the scale that could be causing it to freeze.
