Aria not providing accurate weight readings

Fitbit Aria 2 scale offers a great way to lose weight without even trying! Rather than providing a helpful message when the batteries run low, it gives ‘low’ weight readings. Today it was trying to tell me I weighed 185 - 186 lbs. That was such a radical change I knew it had to be wrong. I changed the batteries and now, unfortunately, I’m back to about 196 lbs. Boo hoo.

@craigheron2009 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is not providing accurate readings. Please re-calibrate your scale by weighing yourself 5 times in a row. As an addition note, make sure that you are standing still on it without moving.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

It’s fine since I changed batteries. The issue is the lack of a helpful message when it is time to change the Aria 2 batteries.
