We haven't used the Aria online for a while, due to it not being compatible with our previous router. Now on the new router it works again, but after connecting it to wifi, it suddenly forgot about two of the assigned users - myself included... The user selection on the Aria would now rotate only between two of the four registered names.
In the app/web device settings all four users were still there. So I removed all users in an attempt to solve this issue. When I removed the last user (myself) the device disappeared from my account settings, and I had to setup it up again in the app to get the Aria present again.
After setup I am the only user - but now the Aria will only assign GUEST to any weigh ins. If I then, in the app, try to re-assign the GUEST weigh-ins to my user, it just flips the weigh-in back to GUEST user. Its like its not accepting my account as a valid user?
