My Original Aria 1 stopped showing my body fat % and would log me as a guest. It's been doing this for months....but I was too lazy to troubleshoot. Finally I decided to reset it since it was no longer in the right wifi and set us as new. Still not working even though it is now properly connected to app and wifi. I updated my weight in the app so it would recognize me, I manually assigned all the weigh ins as myself....but it continues to log as guest. It does not show body fat at all on the scale. On the app body fat only showed up once as 1%...so that's not right ... Scale is on tile and I am barefoot.... all the troubleshooting I've seen is about the Aria 2, but I have the original Aria 1.
So does anyone know how to troubleshoot this or if it time to throw this thing away?
