Aria not showing in app and puts me as guest

I have been using this scale for awhile. I got pregnant 2 years ago and stopped. I just now started to use it again. I always used the scale with my app and it always recognized me. Now it won’t connect to my app and puts me as guest. I tried everything. It’s connected to Wi-Fi already. I have not moved nor changed my Wi-Fi since I first bought it. I already tried stepping on the lower right corner hard when guest comes up and nothing happens. What can I do to use it in the app to track my weight and where it will recognize me again.

Thank you for sharing that you've been having this inconvenience with the Aria scale.  

There are a few reasons why the scale may recognize you as a Guest, before considering other options, please make sure to follow all the recommendations listed in this article. 

If you already tried the steps mentioned earlier and all of your information is correct in your profile, please try removing the batteries for 10 seconds and then put them back in to complete a restart of the Aria scale. Then check if you continue to experience the same behavior.
