Aria not weighing properly

When I stand on the scales it gives me a weight but if I move it to a different position it reads a different weight. It can vary up to 6 kg different. 

Do the scales need to be recalibrated or do I need new ones? Thanks.

Did you get an answer to this? I've used my scales for the first time today, and they weigh me 4lb heavier than scales which I know are calibrated correctly (I've weighed a 2kg bag of sugar on my old scales and they're weighed spot on). The aria won't even weigh the bag of sugar!
