I weigh in on Monday's at 7:30 or 8:30 am and I position the scale on a leveled hardwood floor and step on the scale barefooted and nude. I check for an accurate result three times and each time the percentage reads another count. I've deleted the app, reset the scale (and that is a whole problem in its self) and try again to get an accurate percentage.
I would be very appreciative of the Fitbit Technical support would advise a solution to resolve this problem along with other issues that have been recognized by their users. For me, I would like to see the ongoing problems resolved for the Versa Lite (Sleep) and Fitbit Aria 1 (Percentage & Reset).
