I've been on the phone with someone in regards to my Aria only showing guest and no longer showing my account.  I received the Aria as a gift in 2015, so I am clearly out of warranty.  The only thing that I am being provided is a membership for a premium account for only one year, I think I should at least be offered a tracker.  I've had several fitbit products and they all seem to last only a year, when the warranty is up and there is nothing that can be done. 

 

Most of all, I just want my Aria to sync as the description states that it will.  If anyone has insight on how to get this to function in this way, I'd greatly appreciate any support. 

My Aria is on a hard surface.  I have setup the aria account 4 times and it still does not register me.

For starters, do you show up as a user in your dashboard? Go to your dashboard on the website, then click on the gear in the upper right corner then on the Aria. On the next page look at the "people" tab for your name. If you are there, when "guest" first shows up tap hard on the lower right corner until you see your initials.

 

If you do not see your name on the website or the icon for the Aria it has somehow become detached from your account. If you can't set it up again to your account, you may need to consider starting a new account.

After speaking with 3 different reps, this issue was resolved.  Simply changing the GUEST to my initials, caused the Aria to recognize my weight on future weigh-ins.  I am now a happy camper.

I can not remove guest from my aria 2

i step on scale and it always gives me guest and a weight that is not mine

where do I tap to get rid of guest and only display my settings
