I set my scale up and it was reading me fine. Now it is showing guest when I step off. I checked and my account with my settings are there. So the scale is not identifying me. I do not see a way to skip guest and select me. How do I resolve this?

Hi @pistolsweet,

 

I know it sounds kind of cumbersome, but you could always reassign your weight on the app or website.
