My aria scale started showing "guest" and not me when I get on. I put new batteries in and reconnected to wifi. It worked yesterday after doing that. This morning it's back to guest. I have no idea why it changed or what to do. Please help!

Were you ever able to fix it? My Aria 2  just started doing the same thing and it was working perfectly a few days ago. I have tried everything including calling customer service and nobody has a solution! The only way I can get it to be logged under my name is to go into the app and manually change it to my user name after each time I use it
