My husband and I have used our scale for almost 2 years. All of a sudden my husband is being recognized as guest.

Hi @CinL,

 

How often does he weigh in?  The scales seem to forget people if they don't weigh in for a certain amount of time.  Mine recognized me as a guest recently after going months without using it.

My Aria 2 just started saying ‘guest ‘ Every time I use it and it was working fine in a couple days ago. I tried recalibrating(weighing yourself five times in a row), deleting and reinstalling it in the app, removing the batteries and waiting, nothing fixed it.


Even spoke with customer service and they said it is a “known issue” and had no answers whatsoever nor did they have a timeline for fixing it! Was really surprised that customer service had no answers they’re usually pretty good! 


So frustrating ... I can go into the app and under “users“ I can assign the way into my name and then all the information does show up when I sync it into Apple health app... Sigh...not very User-friendly.

 

my solution was to go to apple.com and purchase The brand beginning with a “W...” to use with my Apple Watch I am over it with Fitbit
