Okay I was like a lot of users on here ready to throw my Aria scale into the lake after not being able to reconnect it after replacing dead batteries after a year or so of use. I tried reconnecting first on my iPhone X and it flat wouldn't do it saying to turn off then turn on bluetooth connection on iPhone X and try again. Time after time no luck locating the app. But then I went to my Android tablet with the Fitbit app and opened the app and it was waiting for me to try to reconnect again but said I needed to turn on exact location GPS first. I went and did that and bingo it connected just fine and accessed all my Aria history like before. I then opened the Fitbit app on my iPhone X and the Aria showed up again and synced my weight as normal so problem solved. I will leave it to someone else to figure out why I got this to work but happy that it did. The iPhone gave me no options at all but the Android tablet seemed to work like a charm. Go figure.
