Extremely frustrated here… my aria scale is ready 7 pounds heavier than accurate. I have placed 2 8lb weights on the scale and it reads 23 pounds??? Have tried getting in contact with customer service and they have done nothing but give me attitude and tell me “they will send me an email regarding my situation.” Well, finally got an email and it reads “we can’t do anything to help you.” LOL!!!! Great customer service! When you pay over $100 for a scale, you’d think it would be accurate, or that the company would be willing to help you fix it??? Guess that’s not the case here! Never purchase from Fitbit!
