I bought my fitbit aria maybe around 2016. I've noticed this morning (when I usually weight myself) I weight 191lb and this afternoon I weight 195 (both measurements were buck nude). I'm averaging 191-192, and I repeated the 195 more than once - it's still 195. Three weeks ago I was 198 and the scale measured 192. My body fat percent would hover steadily in the mid 25%'s and then it'll jump up to 26.5%. How much variability should I expect in weight and fat readings? Maybe I'm due for a new scale? Flakey weight scale isn't going to help monitor weight loss.
I may chalk this up to not weighing my self at the same time of day. I supposed I could have consumed 4 lb of food and water between my morning weighing and the afternoon. I'll keep my eye out on this.
