I have been having issues with my scale for a while. Getting an error message or not syncing with my app, etc. Now it is not working at all. I have removed batteries, cleaned the area with a little alcohol, and put in new batteries but still nothing. I spent a lot of money on this scale for it not to work. Any advice?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Poolay1.
Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Aria scale and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.
Before considering other options, please let me know what is the exact error message that you're seeing on the screen. In the meantime, tou can find more information in this article about the different error messages that can appear on the screen as well.
After your Fitbit Aria is set up on your wireless network, it automatically syncs your stats to the Fitbit app after every weigh-in. After you see your measurements, you should see a checkmark, indicating that syncing is complete. You can then view your data on in the Fitbit app. If you experience any inconvenience to sync your data, please make sure to check all the recommendations and requirements listed here.
Hope this helps, I'll be around.
