Aria scale says "Guest" on and off for two years

I've seen heaps of questions but none of the answers work for me. I have it on a  hard flat surface. Reinstalled. Took out batteries. Live alone so no one else weighs. Any orther suggestions?

Hello @kjuliff, it's good to see you around in the Community forums. 

 

Thank you for sharing this information about your Aria scale that's been showing you "Guest" on the display. 

 

Could you please confirm if you mean hat the Aria scale is recognizing you as a Guest every time you weight in? Let me know if the scale has ever recognized you by your name or if you've been getting the same message for the last two years. 

 

In the meantime, please check if you've checked all the requirements and if you've followed all the steps listed in this article: Why is my Fitbit scale recognizing me as a guest?
