Has anyone experienced their Aria scale shattering on contact with a hard surface? After using it for only a month, mine touched the porcelain base of my toilet when I picked it up, and the entire glass cover shattered. I contacted support, who passed me over to their warranty division, who finally got back to me that it was not covered. I don't think this is acceptable. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing anymore Fitbit products in the future...
