Bought this scale a few years ago and had no issues with it, however now it will not give me a reading on BF percentage and instead just displays "BF?". I've tried removing batteries for 15 seconds, re-syncing to the app and calibrating by weighing myself 5 times however it still doesn't show BF percentage. When I look at the aria in the app and view "People using this scale" and tap on me, the only options I get are to change my display name or remove from scale, whereas I see others have the option to change what information is displayed by the scale, I don't have this. I've also had the scale stored flat on the ground the entire time and keep it clean. Anyone have any ideas?
