Aria scale shows a "No SYNC" error

I have an Eero modem, and one beacon (that's probably serving my scale it's wifi). Aria 1 scale firmware V39. Hasn't been syncing for the last month, but nothing changed in my network.

What's up?

I have been experiencing an issue with it too.  Some days, just popping batteries out and back in works.  Other days, I have to go through the set-up again, and reconnect to the wi-fi.  I actually have to do that when I get home.  I didn't have time this morning to do that.  I've to reboot (pop batteries out and in), or go through set-up just about every day for the past week.  I think it started about the time the iOS app updated to 3.6.1.

I have a Netgear router, same one I've had for about 3 or 4 years.  Everything else connects to it fine without issue, so I know it isn't my router.

*EDIT*: I just noticed that my app is indicating my scale did in fact sync today, despite showing TWICE a "No Sync" error (one before battery popping, one after battery popping).  So I am not sure what is going on in the background with FitBit.  It even says it last sync'd at 6:23 am; yet it did not say that even two hours ago.

I'm having the same problem.  I assumed it was because I took them on holiday (sad I know) off network.  Only found your post as I was looking for instructions on how to sync back up.  Hmmm, suppose that's one way they get you to upgrade!  Will try changing/moving the batteries... 😞
