My aria scale stopped working. Only thinking...err. I see that many many many have experienced this. When I tried to use the steps advised,it messed up the whole WiFi networking my home and I ended up paying. $399, to a te h guy to come fix my WiFi. WiFi works, scale still does not work, have followed all steps so many times...still err.
I am obviously not purchasing another aria scale. Why oh why is it such a problem. People posted same complaints over a year ago. About to toss the scale since it has cost me an additional 399. Any ideas?

I'm having the same issue with the Aria scale.
It works for the first day when I change the batteries and within a week the batteries are dead becuase it just keeps thinking, sensing, all day and all night. The only solution I have is to remove the batteries each day and reinsert them in the morning to weigh myself. Did Fitbit buy stock in Duracell because I've replaced he four batteries 10 times in the last two months!?! And don't even ask, of course it's on a flat surface!
This is unacceptable and outrageous that we'd pay this much for a scale to have it work for just a few short years. My last digital scale worked for 20+ years and I only recently donated it to the church in my neighborhood for a yard sale.
What's the deal Fitbit? When people complain about this you just close the conversation. What's the plan? How are you solving this issue for your loyal customers?
