I've had a few FitBit devices. Got the Aria scale maybe 2 years ago? Was working okay until just recently. Batteries died. Changed them. Started up scale. Started throwing "ERR" over and over. Tried to reset. Set up wifi again. No luck. Can't get past this. Tried to weigh myself 5+ times as the forum posts say. Doesn't work. Nothing works. FitBit chat agent said it was my wifi, but that just doesn't make any logical sense since the scale worked with my existing wifi for at least 1-2 years without issue. Not a single thing changed about the wifi. Yet she keeps insisting that that is the issue. Please help. I would like a solution or a credit to get a new scale. Thanks.
