I have updated my new internet for the scale but all I get when I go to wiegh myself is a ERR message, can anyone help with that?

I am having the same problem. It says it is connected and syncing in the app. But, when I stand on it it says " Hi. Sensing. Step off. Thinking. ERR". 

 

I have tried standing on it 5x in a row to recalibrate and reconnected to the WiFi several times too.
