My aria scale is connected to my WiFi but won’t sync. I get a small “x” whenever I weigh myself. I have tried to reconnect to the WiFi, but I’m already connected. How do I get my scale to sync?

Hi @Sguar,

 

I have a feeling I may need to do this to mine soon: have you changed the batteries recently?  On the watches, I know that this usually means that there's a low battery or that something didn't download correctly.  Since you can't really download anything on the scales, I have a feeling your batteries might be dead.
