Aria scale stopped syncing

i want to change wifi. aria goes into setup on scale but that’s it.  It is an original aria. it shows on fitbit app but can’t make changes.  I did move to google

Let me help you sync your Aria scale now you've made some changes to your network. Thank you for the steps you have already followed.

After you make changes to your network, you'll need to set up your Aria again. To do so, your network must meet some requirements. This being said, you can see a complete list of requirements and the procedure to setup your device in our help article How do I set up my Fitbit device? below the section Aria.
