Aria scale stopped when I turned in my Ionic

Both devices (Ionic and Aria Scale) were working fine and I used the app to see the dashboard with all my Premium info. Since I returned my Ionic, the scale doesn’t show up in my dashboard on the app any more.  
ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR ME TO TRY?
