Hi,
I got an Aria scale several months ago. Right from the start I had problems with Sync to the fitbit app on my Android phone. After experimenting with resetting the scale, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, monitoring bluetooth traffic in the area, turning bluetooth off and back on, etc., I found that in order to get the sync working again, I either need to restart my phone, or go into Apps and do a Force Stop on the fitbit app. Once I do a Force Stop and then open the app, the sync just magically works again.
Since the only thing required to fix the issue is to stop and restart the app, I think the problem is most likely the app itself. This issue has persisted through all updates since the beginning of the year. At some pint, it would be nice if this were fixed so I don't have to go through the extra steps when it is broken.
