I have done the recalibrations, as suggested by FitBit. I have changed batteries, as suggested. The scale lives in one place, on level laminate flooring. I should get consistent repeatable weights (varying by decimal points, if at all), if I step in the scale in the same manner within 2 minutes. No. Over a two month period I have repeated my testing and get 4-5 weights that vary by 4-7 lbs in a two minute span. I paid way too much money for this scale to have no clue what my weight is and I’m beyond frustrated with the same responses from FitBit for “solutions” that do not work. I have had the scale for two years but it was stored in its original packaging for a full year, in a clean, dry storage space. Do I have any recourse or chance at a refund?
