I have tried multiple times to connect my Aria to my Cox Panoramic WiFI. Sometimes it will connect but then I can not complete the setup. In that case the website will say it needs to reconnect to the website then it totally fails. Sometimes I can not even get the scale to connect to the wifi. I have the scale set up about 3 feet from the wifi so it is totally in range of the wifi to do the setup. What am I doing wrong? thank you so much.

Does your wifi meet the requirements?
Networking Requirements
The Fitbit Aria connects directly to your home’s wireless network and supports the
following network configurations:
Wireless 802.11b standard
WEP / WPA / WPA2 personal security
Automatic (DHCP) IP setup (static IP configuration not supported)
Aria requires an 802.11b-compatible network to connect and sync your scale data to
your Fitbit dashboard.

Cox Panoramic does not have the Wireless 802.11b standard. I have v39 scale. Will I not be able to connect at all?

I have this same internet and scale...has your scale ever connected?
