Trying to setup aria scale go through the settings and once it tries to connect to the wireless network an error message appears. I have attempted all the steps in your forums but cannot connect.

@Kathcham Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria scale is not connecting to your network. Please let me know the following details that will help me to determine the cause of the issue and assist you accordingly: Have you made any changes to your network (router, router settings or WiFi password)? What is the error message that your Aria displays? What is the make and model of your router?
