Trying to setup the aria scale for a friend. When we go to connect it to the internet for the setup process, it shuts off after a few seconds with no error messages showing before it shuts off.. We have tried everything on the forums. He has had it for a while now and just gave up on it because it would never connect. Is it a defected scale or is there a solution to this problem?
