A few weeks ago I got my Aria scale reconnected to WiFi. Had to change WiFi settings to 802.11 bgn. And finally it connected and logged weights in the Fitbit app. But it dropped off after a few days. So I try setup again today. I’ve now spent hours on this. And reading back to 2018 this issue occurs for far too many people. FITBIT moderator Juan what’s the “update” you keep talking about? If I don’t get an answer I start writing to Fitbit Administration and complaining to them. All I see in your posts is how’ve happy your are to see new people on this forum. Know what? Everyone has better things to do. Fitbit devices should not be this time consuming!

I had the same issue trying to get the setup to work, I was using Firefox browser & after about 30 minutes of trying, I was going to give up, but I thought I'll give it another go this time using Chrome...It worked 1st time and was sorted within 5 minutes...
