So I got the aria scales along with my charge 3. Started to lose weight and everything was going fine.
I use the scales on the same spot of hard floor at the same time of day everytime I way. I follow a strict diet and exercise every day for at least 1 hour.
The aria fluctuates my weight up and down all the time. Today I've had enough when I got on the scales and it says I have out on 9 pounds in 3 days.
Absolute joke.
Want my advice don't buy these scales. So many reports on here and all over the internet on how bad they are.
Fitbit say they are trying to help people stay healthy. Imagine how hard it is losing wight when it seems all you are doing is working hard and the scales tell you that you are 9 pounds heavy in 3 days despite strict eating and hard work. I thought for ages my weight could be fluctuating, but it turns out the scales are a joke. Waste of money and time.
