Aria scales and silence from Fitbit

We've had the Aria for several years, and from the get-go it never worked right. Now we're having the exact same problems as everyone else regarding these scales and it seems (from what I've been able to see) there is nothing but silence from Fitbit concerning this. Anyone else have any info? I looked to see if there are any scales for sale on the website, but "strangely" nothing is available. Being left hanging with no word is not cool.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

There are a lot of posts with the same problems. Error messages, syncing issues, etc. Plus, why are there no scales for sale on the website?

I just went and bought a different scale. Wyze has a good one but there are many out there.
